Whether it was winning an award, expanding our collection, focusing on sustainability, or supporting a heartwarming cause, this year has been one for the books. Here's a look back at just a few of our highlights.

At La Residence Interiors, we believe in making a positive impact in our community and this year, we had the privilege of supporting Winston’s Wheels, a charity dedicated to helping dogs with mobility issues regain their freedom. Founded in memory of Winston, a beloved dog who was diagnosed with a spinal tumour, Winston’s Wheels provides wheelchairs for dogs across the UK and Northern Ireland. These wheelchairs allow dogs with mobility challenges to live their lives to the fullest, just as Winston did during his own journey.

This cause is especially close to the hearts of our directors, Dan and Sarah, who experienced the profound impact of mobility challenges with their beloved dog, Casper. Before Casper’s passing, he tragically lost the use of his back legs. Dan and Sarah witnessed firsthand how vital it was to have a wheelchair to help Casper maintain his independence and quality of life. After his passing, they chose to donate his wheelchair to Winston’s Wheels to support the charity’s mission and give other dogs the chance to regain their freedom, just as Casper had.

In 2024, we took a significant step forward in our efforts to make a positive impact on the environment by focusing on sustainability. We are proud to announce that, thanks to the support of our customers, we've planted 4,196 trees in partnership with Tree-Nation, a global leader in reforestation and conservation. For every piece of furniture purchased from us, a portion of the proceeds goes towards supporting reforestation projects around the world.

Our goal is to plant 5,000 trees every year, helping to combat climate change, restore vital ecosystems, and support local communities affected by deforestation. Your support means the world to us and to the planet, and together, we are making a meaningful difference for future generations.

This year, we expanded our furniture collection with the launch of over ten stunning new furniture pieces. Designed with both style and quality in mind, these additions reflect our ongoing commitment to creating pieces that stand the test of time.

Among the highlights of our new collection is the Abingdon Dresser, a beautiful weathered oak piece that pairs seamlessly with the Abingdon Dining Table. We were thrilled to have been awarded ‘Most Stylish Luxury Furniture Brand 2024 - Southern England’ at the LUXlife Home and Garden. This achievement marks our second consecutive year winning this honour, and we couldn’t be more grateful. This award is a testament to our commitment to quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and unwavering customer satisfaction. It reinforces the attention to detail we put into every piece we create and every customer experience we strive to perfect. Winning this recognition two years in a row motivates us to push the boundaries of timeless design and style.
